He highlighted the objectives of the Youth Climate Fellowship that the fellowship focuses on capacity building, equipping youth with skills to lead and promote accountability in climate initiatives. He informed the students that the University will host interactive sessions with climate and governance experts and policymakers. Fellows will learn about climate literacy, local and global climate policies, climate finance mechanisms, and social accountability tools, including the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Right to Information Act, 2013.<\/p><p>Dr. Bushra Khan, Professor &#8211; Department of Environmental Sciences, and Director, Planning and Development, University of Peshawar emphasized the importance of the Youth Climate Fellowship in empowering the next generation of climate leaders. She highlighted that the program would provide fellows with valuable knowledge and practical tools to address pressing environmental challenges.
